What are Integrations?
Integrations connect Magpai to the other tools your team uses every day. Once connected, Maggie can read information from these services and, in some cases, take actions on your behalf.
What Maggie can do with integrations:
- Pull data from your CRM to answer questions about customers
- Find files in your cloud storage
- Send messages through Slack or email
- Create and update records in connected apps
How to Connect an Integration
- Go to Team Settings in your team menu
- Click on Integrations
- Find the service you want to connect
- Click Connect and follow the prompts
- Log in to the service and approve the connection
Your data stays secure. Magpai only requests the permissions needed for each integration. You can disconnect any integration at any time.
